Will my order arrive late?

Due to the critical situation on the Italian territory relating to coronavirus, the shipping service may be slowed down or temporarily interrupted. In order to find out the last updates about the shipments made in the area where you live, we kindly invite you to consult the website of Dodo shipments and logistic partner (TNT).

When will I receive my refund?

Due to recent events, the acceptance of your return may suffer delays compared to standard schedule. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your return has been accepted and your refund has been processed.

We have extended our return period to 60 days for all orders placed starting from March 1st, 2020, so you will have more time to decide if you want to keep or return your purchase.
