Return Policy

You can return any item purchased on Dodo Online Store within 20 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:

  • Make sure the jewellery is in the same condition you received it in, in its box with all extras included. Remember to include the label with the product code, needed to identify your return.
  • Place all items in their original box and put them in the security bag included in your parcel.
  • Complete the online Return Form to receive your Return Number.
  • Stick the pre-printed and pre-paid label on the parcel: with our return service, your parcel is insured for theft or loss during transport.
  • Contact UPS by phone (1 800 782 7892) or online (www.ups.com) to arrange the pick-up of your package wherever you wish.

    • Due to merchandising restrictions, all returns must be shipped from the same country they were purchased from.

    Once your package reaches the warehouse, please allow 3 to 7 business days (depending on peak times) for your return to be processed. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. When your return has been accepted, your refund will be issued and you will receive a confirmation email.
